Thank you - this information is helpful. I am replacing Made in China items in my household and have not been able to find any stoneware coffee mugs. I did find glass mugs made in the USA (Libby), but would also like something a little more colorful. I will check out Fiesta!

Hello, again:
We are thinking about buying some kind of electronic games for our 8 years old boy's birthday. Are there anything out there is not made in China? We are thinking about Wii or similar kind of games. They don't mention about where they are manufactured on the website. But we know at least 90% of electronics are from China. Your information would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Sophia Volkel

We are continuing to look! It is our understanding that the DSi and the Wii are both made in China. You can occasionally find a PS3 unit that is made in Japan. Xbox 360 are all manufactured in China. You may be able to find some individual handheld games that are not made in China but we haven't found any that were interesting!

Thank you. Please keep us updated. These are very expensive items, ranging $200 and up. It's so bad that don't manufacture them in the US anymore. However, the software applications are mostly made in the Us and their price is much lower, in the $30 to$40 range. (Just came back from a trip to Fry's) Why don't they make the machines cheaper and software that are made in US more expensive? Just a thought that may cut down greatly on the Chinese margin.
